Ownership and Rights of the Final Design
Upon the completion of the logo design project and full payment, Logo Meta Verse grants the client exclusive rights to the final logo design. The client assumes full ownership of all intellectual property associated with the logo, including usage rights for both digital and print materials. Any preliminary drafts or concepts remain the property of Logo Meta Verse unless otherwise agreed upon.

Revisions and Design Approval
We offer a set number of revisions within the design process to ensure the final logo meets your expectations. Additional revisions or significant changes after approval may result in extra charges. Once the final design is approved, no further changes can be made, and the logo files will be delivered in the agreed-upon formats.

Payment Terms and Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the logo design process. The remaining balance is due upon final approval and before the delivery of the completed logo files. All payments should be made in a timely manner according to the agreed schedule to avoid delays in the project.

Confidentiality and Privacy Protection
At Logo Meta Verse, we prioritize the confidentiality and security of your project. Any information shared with us during the design process, including business details and design concepts, will be kept strictly confidential. We do not disclose or share client information with third parties without explicit permission, ensuring that your brand remains secure throughout the collaboration.
